What you will do

• Serve as the primary HR partner for R&D, Data, and HQ departments across multiple locations.
• Advise managers on team development, employee relations, performance management, and complex people decisions.
• Lead organizational change processes and translate business needs into practical execution plans.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, engagement, retention, and offboarding.
• Plan and execute global engagement initiatives and team offsites, including logistics, budgets, and impact measurement.
• Build scalable HR processes, use people data for actionable insights, and develop AI-powered workflows.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience as an HRBP in a global, fast-paced organization.
• Experience advising managers on employee relations, team development, performance management, organizational change, and complex people decisions.
• Hands-on experience with the full employee lifecycle and end-to-end recruitment.
• Strong analytical, process-building, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• High proficiency in written and spoken English required.
• Experience with ATS and HRIS platforms; Greenhouse and HiBob familiarity is preferred.

Nice to have

• Russian language skills.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse and HiBob.
