What you will do
- Coordinate and schedule domestic and international FTL, LTL, and parcel shipments.
- Monitor shipments from origin to destination and resolve delays or operational issues.
- Negotiate freight rates and service terms while managing carrier performance and contract compliance.
- Process bills of lading, customs declarations, delivery notes, and other shipping documentation.
- Optimize transportation routes and modes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and meet delivery deadlines.
- Use transportation management systems and reporting tools, collaborating with warehousing, procurement, and sales teams.
Requirements
- Experience in transportation operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Knowledge of domestic and international freight forwarding processes and regulations.
- Experience negotiating with carriers and managing vendor relationships.
- Proficiency with transportation management systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong organization, problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills.
- Professional communication skills in English and Polish are required. A degree or vocational training in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
