Programme Manager 12 Month FTC (Fintech)

Location: City of London, United Kingdom; hybrid work with three days in the office

What you will do

• Orchestrate a company-wide transformation programme across technology modernisation, AI adoption, acquisition integration, operating and organisational model change, and procurement optimisation.
• Own programme governance controls, including steering group cadence, decision logs, RAID logs, and reporting standards.
• Maintain an integrated view of milestones, dependencies, risks, expected benefits, expenditure, forecasts, and realised savings.
• Prepare concise, decision-oriented reporting for the Transformation Director, Steering Group, and ExCo.
• Coordinate initiative owners, workstream leads, project managers, and support resources across interdependent projects.
• Track change adoption and behavioural change while providing hands-on support to initiatives at risk.

Requirements

• Experience managing large, complex, multi-workstream programmes across technology, operating model, or organisational change.
• Ability to work in both Agile and traditional delivery environments.
• Proven delivery of programmes to specification, on time, and within budget, including benefits realisation.
• Project or programme management certification such as PRINCE2, APM, MSP, or equivalent.
• Experience with technology transformation, risk, and governance in a regulated or fast-paced global organisation.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and senior-level influencing skills.
