Program Manager

Location: All; hybrid workplace

Company

Leading Ukrainian telecommunications operator running strategic programs and projects through a project management office.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional strategic programs and projects end to end, from scoping and planning to implementation, testing, and launch.
• Define schedules, allocate resources, monitor progress, and initiate corrective actions when needed.
• Improve program processes and communications while integrating teams for stronger performance.
• Ensure delivery quality and achievement of business and operational targets.
• Manage executive stakeholder communications, reporting, risks, and changes.
• Coach and mentor project managers and collaborate closely with business owners, technical teams, and partners.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing large-scale enterprise programs and projects.
• Strong technical background and experience delivering business value through technology or organizational change.
• Experience managing and developing cross-functional and multinational teams in challenging environments.
• Experience communicating at the executive level and coaching project teams.
• Fluent English required.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.

Nice to have

• Project management certification such as PMP or similar.
• Understanding of management accounting and project financials.
