Affinity L&H Sales Executive

Location: Remote - Illinois, United States

Salary: $15.00 per hour, plus eligibility for a monthly commission plan.

What you will do

• Sell life, health, disability, dental, and other insurance products through inbound and outbound telephone calls.
• Prospect for new members and clients and support customer retention initiatives.
• Calculate and present quotes, complete insurance applications, and follow up on pending or incomplete transactions.
• Meet individual sales and quality-of-business targets and use marketing campaigns to achieve monthly and annual goals.
• Review sales reports and performance data, provide improvement input to management, and document activities in the CRM system.
• Respond to member and client inquiries, resolve problems, and maintain current product and sales knowledge.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in insurance.
• Insurance sales or telemarketing experience is preferred.
• Basic PC skills, including spreadsheet and word-processing software.
• Must be based in Illinois, United States, for this remote role.
