Medicare Sales Field Agent - St. Clair County IL

Location: East St. Louis, Illinois; must reside in the assigned St. Clair County territory. Field-based work includes in-home visits, community events, and local outreach. The role is home-based/remote administratively but requires regular in-person activity and occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings.

Salary: $31,800–$123,800 per year, including base pay and targeted commission.

What you will do

• Educate individuals about Medicare Advantage plans and Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage.
• Build trust and generate sales through face-to-face conversations, in-home visits, and community events.
• Conduct grassroots marketing and become a local resource for prospective members.
• Drive self-generated sales and meet performance goals.
• Work with a collaborative team under the guidance of a Senior Manager and Regional Director.
• Attend member appointments and events on schedules that may include evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• Active health insurance license required, or ability to obtain one.
• Must live in the assigned St. Clair County, Illinois territory.
• Comfort with daily face-to-face interactions in homes, community events, retail environments, and local organizations.
• Valid state driver's license and personal vehicle liability insurance meeting at least 25/25/10 coverage limits, or higher state requirements.
• Successful completion of driver license validation and motor vehicle record review.
• Mandatory attendance during the first five weeks of employment and a dedicated workspace with reliable internet access.

• Experience supporting Value Based Care organizations.
• Salesforce or similar CRM experience, an associate or bachelor's degree, or fluency in English and another language.
