Junior Agency Sales Representative (Sales)

Location: Hybrid role based in Barboursville, West Virginia, USA, with travel throughout West Virginia.

Salary: $19.12–$25.49 per hour

What you will do

• Learn and apply the sales process, including the products and services offered.
• Participate in sales office administration and observe established sales steps when calling on accounts.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential clients.
• Conduct market research, analyze territory information, identify trends, and develop sales strategies.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations.
• Travel throughout West Virginia and participate in educational opportunities to improve sales knowledge.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in sales or customer service.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout West Virginia.
• Excellent communication, listening, presentation, organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to influence and persuade others, negotiate conflict, solve problems creatively, and handle rejection.
• Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
