Manager, People Solutions (Fixed Term)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; at least 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Lead global onboarding initiatives focused on process improvement, compliance, service delivery, and employee experience.
• Manage assigned projects from planning through implementation and stabilization, defining scope, timelines, success measures, and stakeholder plans.
• Identify workflow automation and operational efficiency opportunities, and develop business requirements for HR system improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functional working sessions, monitor milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables, and provide leadership updates.
• Maintain onboarding process documentation, operational standards, job aids, and governance materials.
• Analyze operational metrics and support dashboards, business cases, presentations, audits, and leadership reporting.

Requirements

• Experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, Talent Acquisition Operations, Employee Lifecycle Management, Program Management, or a related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects, process improvements, or operational initiatives independently.
• Strong understanding of HR systems, including Workday and ServiceNow.
• Experience working with global stakeholders and distributed teams.
• Strong project management, organizational, stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of employment eligibility verification, Right to Work, I-9, background screening, or related onboarding compliance processes is beneficial.
