Senior Payroll & HR Advisor (Polish Payroll)

Location: Katowice, Poland; hybrid role with remote work opportunities. Workation is available outside Poland for up to 4 weeks per year in EU countries only.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end payroll processes for Polish clients.
• Process payroll accurately and on time using enova365.
• Prepare statutory reports and declarations for ZUS, the Tax Office, PPK, GUS, PFRON, and PPE.
• Maintain HR documentation and electronic employee records.
• Support clients with payroll and HR-related queries and participate in new client implementations.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives while sharing expertise and mentoring team members.

Requirements

• Solid experience in end-to-end payroll processing in Poland.
• Practical knowledge of enova365 payroll software.
• Strong understanding of Polish labour and payroll regulations.
• Good English communication skills at B1/B2 level.
• Customer-focused experience working directly with clients.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and collaborative approach.
