Lead, HR Operational Excellence (AI)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; office-based role with less than 25% travel

What you will do

• Identify operational friction points with Global Process Owners and HR Business Partners.
• Lead Value Stream Mapping sessions and optimize HR lifecycle processes using LEAN methods.
• Prototype and deploy AI agents in the hirify.globalGPT ecosystem for HR workflows, policy queries, and data processing.
• Develop intelligent, autonomous workflows and promote an AI-first approach to HR operations.
• Lead high-visibility special projects and technology pilots using agile techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Significant experience with LEAN or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder project rollouts.
• Strong understanding of the HR lifecycle and practical experience with LLMs such as GPT-4 or Gemini.
• Experience with prompt engineering and AI agent logic.

Nice to have

• LEAN or Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher.
• Experience with low-code or no-code agent-building tools.
• Ability to influence without authority and gain senior stakeholder buy-in.
• Ability to explain technical AI concepts in accessible, value-based language.
• Analytical experience using data to identify trends and validate process improvements.
