Implementations Team Lead (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, train, develop, and retain a team of implementation and delivery professionals.
• Sponsor client onboardings and remain hands-on in delivery from initiation through completion.
• Run 1-on-1 meetings and performance reviews while supporting learning and career development.
• Design and track metrics covering client satisfaction, time-to-value, go-live SLAs, retention, margins, automation, and attrition.
• Lead steering committees and implementation reviews, serving as an escalation point for onboarding issues.
• Partner with product, development, and sales teams to improve tooling and create repeatable, scalable onboarding processes.

Requirements

• Fluent German and English, written and spoken, are essential.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, mathematics, sciences, or a related field.
• 7+ years of project delivery experience in finance or fintech, preferably involving investment accounting or investment operations solutions.
• At least 2 years of successful people-management experience.
• Experience delivering projects for external clients and reporting measurable weekly and monthly KPIs.
• Knowledge of securities and financial markets, strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills, excellent documentation, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

• Exposure to derivatives, fixed income, structured products, or alternative investments.
