IT Customer Experience Summer Internship - Short Hills, NJ (Hybrid)

What you will do

• Develop, enhance, and support application solutions, including production support and application operations.
• Monitor and manage IT infrastructure, tools, databases, and end-user computing services.
• Monitor cybersecurity tools and systems, identify security risks, and escalate issues.
• Ensure adherence to IT standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with colleagues and business partners to support processes and resolve issues.
• Work with peers and leaders on an Action Learning Project focused on customer experience and mobility.

Requirements

• Current college student majoring in Computer Science or a related field.
• Rising junior or senior standing is preferred.
• High school diploma required.
• Ability to take ownership, self-motivate, and complete delegated work at a professional level.
• Interest in learning about the insurance industry.
