Intern - IT

Location: Bridgeton, Missouri, United States; onsite. The summer internship runs from the third week of May through the first week of August, with dates subject to change. Candidates must be able to relocate if they are not local.

What you will do

• Contribute to or own IT projects that improve business capabilities.
• Support the alignment and delivery of technical services and solutions with business needs and industry standards.
• Gain exposure to Global Applications, Audit and Compliance, Service Desk, Digital Platforms, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity.
• Collaborate with mentors, senior leaders, associates, and other interns across the organization.
• Participate in facility, R&D lab, community stewardship, career development, and team-building activities.
• Develop and present a business proposal in the Ideation & Innovation Challenge.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing at least a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, computer, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and maintain strong attention to detail.
• High motivation and eagerness to learn.
