Senior Engineer - MEMS Test

What you will do

• Own, develop, optimize, and sustain MEMS production test processes for stable manufacturing performance and product quality.
• Investigate test failures on site, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Analyze production yield, test results, and process data to identify trends and drive yield improvement.
• Lead improvement projects focused on test efficiency, defect reduction, equipment utilization, and manufacturing productivity.
• Support customer quality issues, engineering requests, and new product introduction through technical investigations and data analysis.
• Maintain production test equipment, coordinate troubleshooting with vendors, and provide technical guidance to technicians and operators.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, or a related engineering field.
• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor, MEMS, photonics, or electronics manufacturing.
• Experience with production testing, failure analysis, process engineering, or manufacturing engineering.
• Strong analytical and root cause analysis skills, including experience with DOE, SPC, FMEA, and MSA.
• Experience with production test equipment and automated manufacturing systems.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of electrical measurements and data analysis tools such as JMP, Minitab, or Python.
• Experience in cleanroom manufacturing environments.
