Technical Service Technician (Advanced Electronics)

What you will do

• Provide technical expertise to product quality engineers on product quality tasks, processing techniques, and problem resolution.
• Analyze product quality data, prepare analysis reports, and support root-cause investigations.
• Maintain specifications, control limits, and trend rules in SPC software and review intermediate and product SPC charts.
• Prepare draft inspection plans for MIDAS and SAP, draft OCAP reports, and respond to customer SPC report requests.
• Support engineering trials and product handling with manufacturing teams.
• Manage customer issues and requests in Everest and SAP, assign work to team members, and track team KPIs.

Requirements

• Experience applying Statistical Process Control (SPC), Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA), and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to improve processes.
• Knowledge of product quality data accuracy, QC control processes, and SPC performance monitoring.
• Ability to communicate quality information clearly to internal teams and respond to customer requests.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and handle atypical or infrequent problems using established procedures.

Nice to have

• Experience with statistical software such as JMP or Minitab.
• Experience facilitating the TSMC OOC/OOB process.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
