Technical Program Manager (High-Speed Connectors)

Location: New Taipei City, Taiwan; up to 35% international travel may be required annually.

What you will do

• Define scope, schedules, budgets, success metrics, and integrated program plans from concept through mass production.
• Coordinate EE, ME, SI, QA, NPI, supply-chain, and manufacturing resources while resolving priorities and roadblocks.
• Evaluate impedance control, insertion and return loss, crosstalk, plating, mechanical robustness, manufacturability, testability, and cost trade-offs.
• Maintain FMEA and mitigation plans covering signal-integrity margin, tooling, plating, thermal cycling, and regulatory compliance risks.
• Act as the technical point of contact for hyperscalers, OEMs, and tier-1 EMS partners while aligning roadmaps with industry standards.
• Drive PRDs, design reviews, EVT/DVT/PVT, launch readiness, executive dashboards, tooling strategy, supplier scorecards, and ramp yield targets.

Requirements

• Prior ownership of MCIO, NearStack, SAS, Z-link, or CEM connector and cable portfolios.
• Experience qualifying suppliers in APAC, including Taiwan, China, or Malaysia, and managing contract-manufacturer build schedules.
• Engineering foundation in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or signal integrity.
• Familiarity with PCI-SIG, OIF-CEI, IEEE 802.3, JEDEC, and SNIA standards.
• Experience using JMP or Minitab for DOE and process-capability analysis.
• Ability to manage programs involving 64 GT/s and beyond, including PCIe Gen6 and 224G PAM4 technologies.
