Sales Manager (Part Time) (Retail)

Salary: $17.75–$21.75 per hour, based on experience and location

What you will do

• Lead sales-floor operations and provide a welcoming customer experience for families shopping for children's apparel and baby essentials.
• Build product and brand expertise and educate customers and store employees on product styles, features, and benefits.
• Coach the store team on service standards, omnichannel experiences, performance, and customer loyalty programs.
• Serve as Leader on Duty by driving results, responding to customer concerns, and implementing assigned business priorities.
• Use customer feedback to identify opportunities, recognize strong performance, and raise performance concerns to the Store Manager.
• Support safety, asset protection, and operational controls while maintaining a positive and inclusive environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Effective professional verbal and written communication skills and a positive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and use computer tools such as Outlook, Excel, and web navigation.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, frequently bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull, and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to climb ladders and work scheduled days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
