Full-Cycle Sales Consultant (UK Market)

Location: Remote from South Africa or the Philippines; UK business hours

Base salary: Approximately £800 per month, negotiable for exceptional candidates, plus performance-based commission or bonus

What you will do

• Cold call and proactively prospect for new customers in the UK market.
• Manage warm leads, existing database opportunities, and self-generated prospects.
• Qualify prospects, identify their needs, present the home energy product, and handle objections.
• Follow up with prospects and close sales.
• Build and manage a personal sales pipeline while maintaining accurate CRM activity.
• Meet conversion and revenue targets and follow relevant compliance requirements.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of phone-based sales experience.
• Proven B2C sales closing experience and experience selling into the UK market.
• Strong cold calling, objection handling, follow-up, CRM, and pipeline management skills.
• Excellent spoken English and the ability to explain technical products in simple terms.
• Target-driven approach with a strong commercial mindset.
• Own computer, headset, and reliable high-speed internet.

Nice to have

• Experience in the energy sector, renewables, solar, utilities, home energy, or energy-efficiency sales.
