Lead Product Designer

What you will do

• Lead the vision and design strategy for a product portfolio with product and engineering counterparts.
• Define business opportunities and translate customer insights into cohesive customer-facing experiences.
• Set design direction, principles, and processes while balancing customer delight with design governance.
• Translate concepts into intuitive user flows and UI designs.
• Define and maintain design systems across multiple products.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role within a product-based company.
• Experience leading design strategies and teams, especially in B2B environments.
• Experience building and scaling design systems across diverse product portfolios.
• Strong leadership, coaching, mentoring, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple design projects with competing priorities and influence senior-level decision-making.

Nice to have

• Experience in e-commerce, online payment products, or gaming.
• Experience delivering innovative design solutions with measurable business impact.
