Senior Product Designer, Core (Crypto)

Location: Singapore, Singapore. Applicants with a current right to work in Singapore who do not require visa sponsorship are prioritized.

What you will do

• Drive experience innovation for socially driven and interaction-heavy features.
• Partner with product managers, researchers, engineers, and stakeholders to define problems and deliver user-centered solutions from concept to polished execution.
• Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and evaluative research.
• Collaborate with UX Research, UX Writing, Brand, and Product leadership to shape the design vision.
• Improve design quality through design reviews, presentations, feedback, and design-thinking workshops.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience collaborating in cross-functional teams at a technology company and shipping end-to-end design solutions.
• Experience designing consumer-facing experiences, platforms, or features, including user-to-user interaction features.
• Deep expertise in visual and user interface design with strong attention to detail.
• Strong ownership, critical thinking, design judgment, communication, and advocacy for design decisions.
• Ability to shape both detailed micro-interactions and holistic user journeys.

Nice to have

• Prototyping skills for communicating transitions and microinteractions.
• Familiarity with design systems and scaling visual consistency across platforms.
• Experience interpreting user insights, behavioral data, or A/B test results.
• Experience working across time zones with distributed teams.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic or Visual Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.
