TL;DR
Senior Product Designer, Omnicommerce (Dine In/Loyalty): Designing end-to-end consumer and merchant experiences for Grab's super app with an accent on cross-functional problem solving, user-centered design, and complex experience flows. Focus on aligning business and user needs, contributing to the design system, and using prototyping and AI-assisted tools to refine product solutions.
Location: Full-time onsite at the One North office in Singapore

What you will do
- Lead product design outcomes for the Omnicommerce problem space across Dine In and Loyalty experiences.
- Design consumer super app and enterprise or merchant-facing experiences.
- Own discovery and delivery of solutions, from problem exploration through launch.
- Align business goals, user needs, stakeholders, and cross-functional product teams.
- Design end-to-end flows for complex product experiences and features.
- Document new components and enhancements for the design system and use prototyping to refine solutions.
Requirements
- Portfolio with at least two completed case studies in English from the past two years, showing personal contributions, project impact, context, and end-to-end workflow.
- 4+ years of Product Design experience.
- Experience working on cross-functional product teams.
- Strong interaction and visual design fundamentals.
- Knowledge of mobile and front-end web standards and development.
- Experience with Figma, ProtoPie, After Effects, or other design tools.
Nice to have
- Fluency in leveraging AI during the design process.
- Initial experience with vibe coding tools such as Cursor, Replit, or Lovable.
