Senior Product Designer, Omnicommerce

Location: Full-time onsite at the hirify.global One North office in Singapore

What you will do

• Lead product design outcomes for Dine In and Loyalty experiences across the hirify.global consumer super app and merchant-facing interfaces.
• Own discovery and delivery of solutions within a cross-functional problem space team.
• Design end-to-end flows and impactful product experiences for complex user needs.
• Align stakeholders around business goals, user-centered design, design rationale, processes, and standards.
• Apply design-thinking frameworks and user-centered principles to explore and solve product problems.
• Contribute new components and enhancements to the design system and use prototyping to refine experiences.

Requirements

• At least 2 completed design case studies in English from the past 2 years, showing personal contributions, project impact, context, and the workflow from discovery to launch.
• 4+ years of product design experience.
• Experience working on cross-functional product teams.
• Strong interaction and visual design fundamentals.
• Knowledge of mobile and front-end web standards and development.
• Experience with Figma, ProtoPie, After Effects, or similar design tools; curiosity and practical experience using AI and vibe-coding tools such as Cursor, Replit, or Lovable.
