TL;DR
Senior Product Designer (Payments) (Fintech): Designing seamless payment journeys and complex end-to-end product experiences for online and offline users with an accent on interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and design systems. Focus on leading discovery workshops, solving complex user experience problems, coaching designers, and delivering impactful mobile and web features onsite in Singapore.
Location: Onsite at One North office in Singapore

What you will do
- Own Product Design outcomes, practice, and quality within a cross-functional problem space team.
- Align stakeholders around user-centered, business-driving experiences.
- Lead discovery discussions, workshops, and problem exploration activities.
- Discover and deliver solutions for complex product experiences and end-to-end user flows.
- Apply design-thinking frameworks, human factors, and HCI principles to interaction design.
- Contribute new components and enhancements to the design system and use prototyping to support delivery.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating design process, shipped work, and influence.
- Experience working on cross-functional product teams.
- Strong interaction design and visual design fundamentals.
- Experience coaching others in interaction design, visual design, or prototyping.
- Proficiency in mobile and front-end web standards, development, and tools including Figma, Protopie, and After Effects.
- Recent design portfolio in English showing end-to-end workflow, contribution, and project impact.
