What you will do

• Set the strategic direction and design vision for the Payments area, aligning with hirify.global's goals and mission.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to define priorities and turn strategy into impactful execution.
• Build, lead, and nurture a high-performing team of Product Designers, investing in their growth and wellbeing.
• Maintain an exceptional quality bar through coaching, feedback, and promoting design craft.
• Champion design thinking across the organization to shape products and company culture.

Requirements

• Experience leading design strategy and vision across complex product areas with measurable business impact.
• Ability to operate at multiple altitudes, from long-term strategic direction to high-quality execution.
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing design teams.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Commercial functions.
• Must be based in the UK or be able to relocate to the UK.
• Visa sponsorship is available.
