Senior Marketing Manager – Technical SEO, Growth & Marketing Operations

hirify.global is recruiting for a client seeking a senior marketing leader to drive technical SEO, organic growth, digital marketing, and marketing operations.

What you will do

• Lead technical SEO strategy, including on-page optimization, technical audits, backlink strategies, keyword planning, and resolution of ranking and visibility issues.
• Develop and execute organic growth, digital marketing, content, social media, PR, and promotional initiatives.
• Manage website updates and optimization projects across ASTRO, WordPress, headless CMS platforms, or similar technologies.
• Coordinate marketing projects, workflows, reporting systems, campaigns, internal teams, and external partners.
• Integrate AI tools into content production, SEO research, marketing analysis, automation, and operational workflows.
• Support crisis-response marketing and maintain consistent brand communication during high-priority situations.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in marketing management, growth marketing, digital marketing, or marketing operations.
• Strong hands-on expertise in technical SEO and organic growth.
• Experience managing websites with ASTRO, WordPress, headless CMS platforms, or similar web technologies.
• Experience with Google Ads, SEO tools, backlink analysis, marketing analytics, cross-functional projects, and performance reporting.
• Strong understanding of AI tools and their use in marketing workflows, with the ability to own initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication and availability during U.S. business hours.

Nice to have

• Active involvement in the SEO or digital marketing community.
• Experience with HubSpot, Slack, Asana, or similar tools.
• Experience in luxury, hospitality, lifestyle, or travel industries.
• Crisis-response marketing experience, Revenue Operations familiarity, or experience building AI-assisted marketing systems.
