Junior Procure to Pay Analyst - Fixed Term Contract

Location: Manila, Philippines; 50% hybrid working model with an average of two to three days onsite

What you will do

• Create, review, and process supplier records and invoices in line with procurement policy.
• Enter invoice data accurately, match invoices to purchase orders, and resolve discrepancies.
• Support vendor payment processing and reconcile vendor statements.
• Maintain organised P2P documentation for audits and compliance.
• Respond to routine vendor and employee inquiries, provide status updates, and escalate issues when needed.
• Prepare reporting data and documentation for audits and process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or college degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent coursework.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, including GAAP or IFRS.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial tools, including formulas, calculations, data management, and structured reporting.
• Ability to analyse and organise basic datasets, maintain data integrity, and solve routine P2P issues.
• Clear communication and basic stakeholder-management skills when working with vendors and internal teams.

Nice to have

• Certification of Public Accountancy.
• Familiarity with basic statistical tools.
