TMS Sustaining Team Manager (Thermal Management Solutions): Leading a multidisciplinary engineering team responsible for post-launch product support and lifecycle management with an accent on reliability, regulatory compliance, cost effectiveness, and quality. Focus on resolving product issues, driving root cause analysis and corrective actions, managing design changes, and improving sustaining processes across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and customer support.
Location: On-site in Clevedon, United Kingdom; minimal travel of approximately one trip per year.

Group's Edwards business develops pumps, abatement, and thermal management solutions for semiconductor and related industrial applications.
What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary sustaining engineering team.
- Manage workload, priorities, capacity, team size, skills, and resourcing across multiple product lines.
- Own post-launch issue resolution, design updates, corrective actions, change management, and lifecycle activities.
- Ensure products remain reliable, compliant, high-quality, and cost-effective throughout their lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Customer Support.
- Improve sustaining processes, tools, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives using field data and customer feedback.
Requirements
- Degree in Science, Engineering, or an equivalent qualification, with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience leading engineering or technical teams and managing team capacity and resourcing.
- Experience across the product lifecycle, including post-launch product support.
- Strong cross-functional product support, process improvement, organisation, communication, scheduling, and estimating skills.
- Fluent English and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work on-site in Clevedon, UK.
Nice to have
- Experience with thermal systems, chemical handling, or the semiconductor industry.
- Familiarity with CE and UL certifications, cost management, and design or lifecycle changes.
