FFE BP Lead GenMed (Pharmaceutical Field Force)

What you will do

• Advise GBU and BU management on field force strategy, sizing, deployment, productivity, and execution excellence.
• Lead quarterly and annual field force planning cycles, including territory alignment, target setting, workload estimation, and listing planning.
• Design execution frameworks and tracking mechanisms for customer profiling, segmentation, targeting, interactions, events, and objectives.
• Manage FFE dashboards and deliver routine and ad hoc analyses on execution status, resource allocation, and productivity.
• Coordinate FFE projects and operations with GBU/BU, marketing, digital, omnichannel, incentive, and supporting teams.
• Manage and develop the FFE Analysis Team while ensuring high-quality support to business units.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s, PhD, or MBA is preferred.
• At least 6 years of experience in FFE, field force management, or business consulting within healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related industries, preferably in an MNC and specialty care.
• Project management experience is required; FFE transformation, evolution, or change management experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical field force models, territory alignment, target setting, FFE tools, performance tracking, and analytical frameworks in China.
• Strong communication, business judgment, analytical, influencing, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Good written and spoken English required; the role is based in Shanghai, China.
