What you will do

• Lead the delivery and management of clinical studies in line with contracts, SOPs, policies, quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
• Develop integrated study management plans and build cross-functional project teams to achieve milestones.
• Monitor study progress, communicate project status to internal and external stakeholders, and manage customer relationships.
• Identify and manage risks, contingencies, quality issues, corrective and preventive action plans, and scope changes.
• Coordinate vendors, support bid defense presentations, and identify opportunities to accelerate activities and revenue.
• Provide performance input and mentor less experienced project team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, including more than 1 year of project management experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Knowledge of clinical trial conduct, ICH GCP, and applicable local laws, regulations, and guidelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, problem-solving, planning, prioritization, and collaboration skills.
• Good command of English is required.
• Experience with project financials, contractual obligations, customer collaboration, and Microsoft Office applications.
