Data Team Lead (Clinical Data Management)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of data management services for single- and multi-service clinical projects.
• Lead project planning, execution, close-out, internal study meetings, sponsor meetings, and audits.
• Oversee data cleaning, validation of new device integrations, database revisions, and quality control.
• Track project progress, budgets, milestones, risks, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with programming teams on process innovation and automation.
• Support onboarding and training for new team members and contribute expert input to operating procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health, clinical, biological, mathematical sciences, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of direct data management experience, including at least 1 year as a CDM project lead.
• Fluent spoken English and advanced English proficiency required.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, inbox, and other computer applications.
• Advanced understanding of the drug development lifecycle and clinical research processes.
