Clin Process Analyst 1 (Clinical Research)

What you will do

• Provide project-related assistance for assigned projects, sites, and project teams.
• Coordinate project and site communications, stakeholder collaboration, team meetings, action items, and study document activities.
• Maintain project documents, databases, tracking tools, timelines, project plans, and other internal systems.
• Review designated processes, recommend modifications, and set and monitor quality standards for deliverables.
• Support systems expertise, process guidance, onboarding, and training for team members.
• Ensure work follows SOPs, company policies, ICH GCP, applicable regulations, SLAs, quality standards, and project timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of clinical research regulatory requirements, including ICH GCP and relevant local laws and guidelines.
• Good command of English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, planning, time management, prioritization, leadership, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other computer applications; ability to manage multiple projects and work across cultures and geographies.
