Senior Director, Clinical Translation, Danaher China (Life Sciences)

What you will do

• Develop and execute clinical translation strategies for oncology, neurology, immunology, and other critical disease areas in China.
• Lead the China-based integration of clinical, regulatory, and commercial activities with global product development programs.
• Oversee the design, initiation, and management of clinical studies for in vitro diagnostics, medical devices, and systems used in biologic and cell therapy manufacturing.
• Ensure China clinical data contributes to global clinical development plans and regulatory dossiers.
• Monitor China’s competitive and technology landscape and identify emerging trends and disruptive innovations.
• Build relationships with Chinese key opinion leaders, academic institutions, research hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, biotechs, and manufacturing centers.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in life science, biomedical engineering, biology, biochemistry, bioinformatics, computational biology, computer science, artificial intelligence, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical, or diagnostics industries, including related applications, technologies, patents, and intellectual property.
• Experience leading business development, R&D, or innovation functions and an established research record demonstrated through publications or professional achievements.
• Experience in project management, partnership management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong scientific, technical, and business judgment, lateral thinking, business acumen, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Chinese and English are required.
