Senior Application Engineer (Air Springs)

What you will do

• Support the acquisition of target projects with Sales, including technical presentations for customers.
• Manage RFQs independently, coordinating all internal and external activities.
• Manage complex global projects according to Vibracoustic APQP and VC ProMap procedures.
• Take responsibility for project quality, cost, timing, and profitability from RFQ through end of production.
• Build relationships with customer Engineering teams and relevant technical functions to support satisfaction and long-term growth.
• Coordinate project communication, conduct regular reviews, and report project status to customers, internal teams, and top management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or another technical subject.
• Experience in project management and application engineering, including successful project management.
• Analytical thinking and strong communication and presentation skills across cultures.
• Team-oriented approach, assertiveness, conflict-management skills, and willingness to develop.
• Good understanding of the Vibracoustic organization.
