Production Team Lead (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Supervise a team of 15-20 direct reports within a production work center.
• Drive operational KPIs and ensure the realization of planned production results.
• Coach and develop team members, managing performance and critical knowledge retention.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across internal and external teams to ensure operational alignment.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• At least 3 years of experience in people management, specifically leading production teams.
• Proven track record in operational excellence and quality improvement.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Linkou, Taiwan.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Experience in the semiconductor, high-tech, or electronics manufacturing industries.
