Manufacturing Line Manager (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead Chip Sort and T&R manufacturing operations through capacity management, productivity enhancement, and disciplined execution.
• Manage and develop a cross-functional organization of 70–80 employees across Process, Equipment, and Production teams.
• Drive SQCDP performance, operational excellence, and manufacturing performance improvements.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using GEMBA, SGA, Lean Manufacturing, and PDCA methodologies.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Planning, IE, and Global User Groups to maintain production stability, resolve issues, and implement NPI.
• Build organizational capability through talent development, succession planning, employee engagement, and leadership coaching.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of semiconductor manufacturing experience with progressive leadership responsibility.
• Manufacturing management experience in Chip Sort, T&R, Assembly, or related semiconductor operations.
• Demonstrated success in operational excellence, productivity improvement, capacity optimization, and business results.
• Strong leadership, organizational development, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Good command of English.
