Industrial Service Sales Engineer

Location: Must be based in or near Corpus Christi, Texas, with travel required within a 1-2 hour radius.

Salary: $65,000–$85,000 per year, plus commission, annual bonus, and auto allowance.

What you will do

• Prospect and maintain quality customers in the assigned territory to exceed sales goals.
• Manage and sell service products, including service plans, repairs, and overhauls.
• Develop action plans to identify sales targets and follow up on new leads and referrals.
• Establish rapport with key accounts and provide prompt solutions to customer inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and leads in the CRM system.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and competitive developments.

Requirements

• Must have 3 years of relevant industrial sales experience, preferably in compressed air.
• Four-year degree in business or marketing or equivalent work experience.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to travel daily within a 1-2 hour radius of Corpus Christi, TX.
• Proven business analysis, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
