Central Billing Clerk

What you will do

• Provide professional administration support within the Central Billing department.
• Enter customer account details accurately and on time using SAP and Excel.
• Communicate with more than 100 suppliers by phone and email about customer requirements.
• Support customers with queries and provide effective issue resolution.
• Handle invoice queries and reconcile supplier statements.
• Maintain data integrity and GDPR-compliant accuracy while collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills across phone and email channels.
• Ability to solve problems and provide solutions to suppliers and customers.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and basic Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate data handling.
• Previous accounts experience is desirable for supplier statement reconciliation.
