Senior Billing Associate (Finance)

What you will do

• Own recurring Global billing and ensure accurate, timely delivery.
• Prepare and review complex billing calculations, including duty drawback, and resolve customer billing investigations.
• Perform global reconciliations, investigate exceptions, and identify revenue leakage, anomalies, and data integrity issues.
• Improve billing processes, controls, and operational workflows by addressing recurring root causes.
• Partner with Finance, Product, and operational teams to translate product and data requirements into billing processes.
• Support ERP transition, data migration, billing engine implementation, data pipelines, and automation initiatives.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in Billing, Revenue, Accounts Receivable, or Finance Operations.
• Experience with complex, usage-based, or multi-stream revenue models.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets.
• Strong reconciliation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis.
• Experience with ERP or billing system implementations, automation, or process transformation projects.
• Ability to work independently, manage stakeholders, take ownership, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Exposure to or strong interest in applying AI and automation to Finance operations.
