Global Marketing Automation Lead (AI)

What you will do

• Own marketing automation initiatives from discovery and architectural design through global deployment and optimization.
• Design and govern scalable API integration frameworks connecting internal data warehouses with Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Establish advanced n8n practices for complex logic, error handling, security, and reliable automation infrastructure.
• Lead proprietary marketing technology solutions and internal tools that extend standard automation platforms.
• Align the automation roadmap with Marketing, Product, and Engineering leadership and core business KPIs.
• Define standards for data integrity, compliance, reliability, AI agents, and LLM-powered autonomous workflows.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in automation engineering, MarTech, or software engineering focused on marketing ecosystems.
• Expert knowledge of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and major ad-tech platforms.
• Advanced JavaScript or Python skills with the ability to write production-grade custom integrations.
• Experience with data pipelines, cloud-based automation infrastructure, and sophisticated multi-step architectures in n8n, Make, or similar tools.
• Hands-on experience deploying AI agents or integrating LLMs into automated business processes.
• Ability to lead projects, influence stakeholders, mentor technical team members, and translate business ideas into technical requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS or GCP cloud infrastructure, CI/CD for automations, and containerization.
