Senior AI Data Scientist, Agentic Automation (Marketing)

Location: Fully remote for candidates applying in Belgium, Greece, Italy, Spain, or Germany. Proof of eligibility to work in the country of application is required; relocation packages and visa sponsorship are not available.

What you will do

• Build agentic systems that automate marketing operations across multiple brands, markets, languages, and platforms.
• Map marketing processes, quantify time and resource usage, assess automation ROI, and take proof-of-concepts into production.
• Design state-machine workflows with triggers, branching, API calls, retries, timeouts, human review, and partial-failure recovery.
• Implement safety controls including dry-run modes, approval gates, least-privilege API scopes, idempotency, and documented rollback paths.
• Evaluate data quality, agent diagnoses, source provenance, generated content, calibration, and multilingual output quality.
• Integrate third-party APIs and optimize model routing, caching, batching, cost, and latency.

Requirements

• 7+ years of industry experience building data and machine learning systems.
• Expertise in Python and machine learning, with experience delivering systems end to end.
• Production experience with multi-step, tool-calling LLM workflows, orchestration, retries, idempotency, timeouts, and state-machine design.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs, including authentication, rate limits, pagination, sandbox differences, and schema changes.
• Experience deploying and operating containerized, instrumented systems with tools such as Docker or equivalent.
• Must already be eligible to work in the country of application; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• PromptOps at scale, including prompt and model versioning, testing, and rollback.
• Experience with martech, ad-tech, SEO tooling, customer-facing automation, or multilingual generated-output evaluation.
