GS Fleet Regional Operations Associate (with Turkish/ Greece/ Hebrew)

What you will do

• Coordinate daily fleet operations, including vehicle delivery and return, maintenance, repairs, and fuel management.
• Resolve fleet-related escalations for eligible employees and support issues involving maintenance, pool cars, and vehicle replacement.
• Act as a liaison between leasing companies, fleet management companies, vehicle manufacturers, suppliers, and internal functions.
• Balance local business needs with Global Fleet strategy, supporting demand forecasting and vehicle specifications.
• Support process improvements and cost-effective fleet strategies across emerging EMEA markets.
• Review supplier performance against KPIs and SLAs, analyze fleet data, and report risks, issues, and operational updates.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in fleet operations, procurement, or a related field.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Experience managing fleet or similar programs and relationships with fleet management companies, OEMs, and suppliers.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, project management, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of fleet operations best practices and regional regulations.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Turkish is strongly preferred.
• Fluency in Hebrew or Greek, with preference based on business needs.
