What you will do

• Manage the full order lifecycle from entry in Salesforce/Apttus to delivery coordination in SAP.
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, delivery dates, and potential delays.
• Process change orders and resolve system blockers such as credit issues or master data errors.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with internal factories to meet customer requirements.
• Perform export control checks in compliance with company regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Requirements

• Fluent Czech, English, and German language skills (written and spoken).
• Proven experience in sales support or customer service roles.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
• Must be able to work from the Ostrava office 3 days per week.
