What you will do
- Serve retail banking customers by completing consumer banking requests and traditional teller transactions.
- Promote bank products and services through customer interactions, outbound calls, lead follow-up, selling, and cross-selling.
- Identify customer needs and convert transactions into qualified sales or referral leads.
- Maintain accurate customer, referral, and applicant data and manage the lifecycle of banking relationships.
- Support branch operations, including scheduling, workflow monitoring, opening and closing the office, supplies, and vault cash management.
- Follow FNB policies, risk-management practices, compliance requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of related work experience.
- Excellent customer service, communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of banking policies, procedures, consumer products, and services.
- Basic Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills and intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States; employment-based visa sponsorship is not provided. Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry identification is preferred and will be required.
