What you will do

• Retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships by identifying financial goals and recommending deposit, loan, and other banking products.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Develop relationships through appointments, referrals, customer follow-up, and internal and external partnerships.
• Educate customers about online, mobile, and ATM banking technology.
• Maintain knowledge of banking products, services, technology, and policies.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or a comparable military administration, contracting, or civil affairs role.
• Ability to build, deepen, and retain customer relationships.
• Knowledge of banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, customer service, and presentations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and comfort with mobile and online banking services.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available. Fingerprinting and additional background checks may be required under NMLS regulations.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• One year or more of relevant customer service and sales experience.
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products.
