(USA) Area Manager (Logistics)

Location: Onsite at 9200 Alexander Rd, Olive Branch, Mississippi 38654, United States. Schedule: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m., with mandatory additional days during peak season.

Annual salary: $65,500–$98,000, plus performance-based bonuses and possible regional pay zone and stock compensation.

What you will do

• Implement business plans for the assigned fulfillment area by managing staffing, schedules, duties, and workloads.
• Monitor productivity, quality, safety, reports, procedures, and compliance with logistics and company standards.
• Supervise, coach, develop, evaluate, and support the hiring and promotion of associates and leaders.
• Manage the installation, maintenance, inventory, and troubleshooting of systems, hardware, software, and applications.
• Build stakeholder relationships and implement business solutions aligned with customer and operational needs.
• Drive continuous improvement while modeling Walmart’s values, ethics, integrity, and inclusion standards.

Requirements

• Experience or capability in supervisory responsibilities, staffing, scheduling, workload coordination, and performance management.
• Ability to analyze business reports and manage productivity, quality, safety, and compliance in a fulfillment environment.
• Ability to work the Friday–Sunday, 6:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m. schedule and mandatory extra days during peak season.
• Ability to work onsite in Olive Branch, Mississippi, United States.
• Ability to manage operational systems, applications, vendors, troubleshooting, and technology-related improvements.
