What you will do

• Assess and document cosmetic and mechanical vehicle conditions for appraisal analysis.
• Accurately option vehicles during assessments and inventory updates.
• Capture high-quality images of wholesale vehicles and support auction preparation and operations.
• Complete vehicle secures and confirmations, verify appraisal details, and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with inventory management, customer transfers, and lot merchandising.
• Collaborate across departments, support onboarding, and maintain a clean and safe work area.

Requirements

• Customer service, collaboration, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to follow standardized processes, maintain accurate records, multitask, and work independently.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Physical ability to walk, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
• Commitment to hirify.global policies and professional appearance standards.

• Experience in vehicle assessments or a related automotive field.
