Service Tech / Advisor (Bicycles)

Location: Trek Store Williamsburg, Williamsburg, Virginia, United States; onsite

Hourly rate: $16.00–$21.00

What you will do

• Troubleshoot and service a wide range of bicycles on site.
• Install accessories selected by customers for new bicycles.
• Evaluate customer issues and recommend appropriate repairs.
• Build relationships with customers and help keep their equipment operating reliably.
• Support the Service Manager and represent the service department when the manager is unavailable.

Requirements

• Strong customer service, hospitality, listening, and communication skills.
• Elevated leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivation and a positive, team-focused approach.
• Strong attention to detail and an eagerness to understand bicycle servicing.
• Willingness to continually learn proper service methods and new technologies.
