  • Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, specifications, and advanced GD&T requirements.
  • Experience with probe qualification, fixture setup, inspection documentation, digital quality systems, and measurement uncertainty.
  • Knowledge of mechanical workmanship standards, assembly practices, statistical analysis, scanning techniques, and point-cloud inspection methods.
  • Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and collaborate with machinists, assemblers, engineers, and quality personnel.

Nice to have

  • Experience with multiple CMM platforms, including bridge, horizontal-arm, or portable CMMs.
  • Familiarity with PolyWorks, Calypso, or other metrology software.
  • Experience inspecting complex aerospace components such as turbine blades, airfoils, and castings.
  • Experience supporting R&D and early-stage production programs or inspecting flight and mission-critical hardware.
  • Experience mentoring or training junior inspectors.

Culture & Benefits

  • Hourly, non-exempt employment in the Quality organization.
  • Generous benefits package.
