Interim Finance Manager

Location: Hybrid role in Miami, Florida, with up to 3 days on-site at the Miami, FL 33126 location.

Pay rate: $75–$90 per hour.

What you will do

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and long-range planning for the Value Added Services organization in the Latin America and Caribbean region.
• Deliver financial analysis covering revenue, headcount, investments, and operating expenses.
• Monitor performance through variance analysis, scenario modeling, and ROI assessments.
• Prepare executive reporting packages, dashboards, and presentations that translate complex financial data into business insights.
• Strengthen controllership, compliance, reporting accuracy, and audit readiness.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve billing, revenue recognition, KPI definitions, and operational processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics.
• Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is required.
• Background in Financial Services, FinTech, or Payment Card Services is required.
• At least 7 years of progressive leadership experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or consulting.
• Advanced financial modeling and data analysis skills, with strong command of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in a complex, global, matrixed environment and communicate financial insights to executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP and financial systems such as Hyperion or TM1.
• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
