Luxury Timepiece Manager

What you will do

• Serve guests, promote store sales, and provide expert guidance on timepiece merchandise.
• Oversee timepiece sales performance, promotions, incentives, merchandise launches, visual displays, and merchandising.
• Maintain subject-matter expertise across timepiece brands and train team members on product features, quality, value, warranties, and services.
• Coordinate vendor training, e-learning, and incentive submissions.
• Develop training plans with the management team to improve merchandise sales, performance standards, and guest experience.
• Support the General Manager with recruiting, scheduling, performance discussions, guest issues, and management responsibilities when needed.

Requirements

• Meet or exceed three of five performance standards, including sales.
• Have at least six months of experience with Signet or comparable experience with another company.
• Hold DCA certification and complete the required training module and quiz.
• Demonstrate leadership, training, organization, delegation, decision-making, and follow-up skills.
• Communicate professionally and tactfully with guests, team members, managers, and vendors.
• Be available for regular in-store attendance, including evenings, weekends, three nights per week, alternating Sundays, and special events.
