Marketing Coordinator

Location: Remote, with LATAM preferred — Colombia, Mexico, Costa Rica, Brazil, and Argentina; U.S. business hours required (PST)

hirify.global is hiring for a client seeking marketing and operational support across campaigns, content, CRM, and executive workflows.

What you will do

• Manage calendars, scheduling, communication workflows, project trackers, and operational follow-up.
• Create, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and community platforms.
• Manage community engagement, direct messages, engagement metrics, and paid campaign setup.
• Edit short-form videos, create Canva graphics, and organize program materials, guides, workbooks, and digital assets.
• Build email and outreach campaigns in GoHighLevel or similar platforms while maintaining CRM records and pipeline tracking.
• Research target audiences, build prospect lists, support lead generation, and assist with website updates, reporting, and digital account management.

Requirements

• Experience in marketing coordination, executive support, or operations.
• Strong proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Proficiency with Canva and video editing tools such as Veed, OpusClip, or similar.
• Experience managing LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Excellent written English communication skills and availability during U.S. business hours (PST).
